Terms of Service
1. Commission Agreement
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your commission; the balance is due before final delivery.
2. Revisions & Timeline
Revisions follow your selected tier; the delivery clock starts once your brief and deposit are both received.
- Sol: 2 revisions, 7-day delivery
- Caya: Unlimited revisions within original brief, 5-day priority delivery
- Solcaya: Dedicated timeline agreed during consultation
3. Licensing
Mixes are licensed for private use only. Clean edits available on request. No public performance, broadcast, streaming, or synchronization rights granted without separate agreement.
4. Discretion & Confidentiality
Commissions are never publicised. Client names never shared. White-label planner delivery standard on Caya and Solcaya tiers. NDA available on request (included on Solcaya).
5. Delivery
Final masters delivered as MP3 (320kbps) and WAV (24-bit/48kHz). Stems included on Caya and Solcaya tiers. Files delivered via secure download link valid for 30 days.
6. Cancellation
Deposits non-refundable. Cancellation after composition begins forfeits full fee. Solcaya may terminate for unreasonable demands with prorated refund of undelivered work.
7. Governing Law
Florida law applies. Disputes resolved in Palm Beach County courts.
